Job Description:
- Execute the end to end recruitment process for the branch
- Provide a clear direction to the subordinates
- Set up target given by Management team and plan the marketing strategy- Develop and control all the systems and application process
- Control the incoming applications
- You will be a good leader and motivate your subordinates in their daily tasks
- Create SOP and SLA for the branch
- Keep a good company branding for the customers
Build all the activity reports and key achievements
- Help to solve administration problems (follow up and solution)Requirement- Minimum a bachelor’s degree is required
- 2 years of experience in the same position/similar
- Have good leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented- High creativity in creating and developing marketing strategies
